Easy, Delicious Ponzu Sauce

3 T Mirin
2 T Rice Vinegar
1 T Soy Sauce
2 T Bonito Flakes
4 T Lemon Juice

Bring all ingredients to a boil, then turn off heat and cool. Lasts several weeks in refrigerator.
